Upon full payment for services, clients retain ownership of final deliverables. However, we reserve the right to use completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

All prices are subject to change without notice. Current pricing will be confirmed in writing before project commencement.

5.2 Payment Schedule

Payment terms will be specified in individual project contracts. Generally:

• 50% deposit required before project commencement
• Remaining balance due upon project completion
• Late payments may incur additional fees

6. Cancellation and Refunds

In no event shall Ryzup Marketing LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.
